We offer a variety of fine stationery paper and envelopes that come custom printed or for use in your own laser or inkjet printer. Our business stationery is competitively priced and offered with unprinted or custom printed options.

We also supply plain white custom printed office envelopes for the best price around. These are 24 pound unbranded window and regular envelopes available in popular sizes with both gummed or peal and seal as well as inside tinted options.

We offer the most prestigious watermarked brand name stationery.

Blank business stationery for inkjet or laser printers is priced for each paper type below.

We offer custom printing out of our Okemos, Michigan office in one or two colors (no print within a quarter of an inch from any edge). Custom printing costs for business stationery is listed under each paper brand. You may also contact us for a quote.

General information on fine stationery

  • Where applicable the items below are imaging finish specifically intended for use in laser and inkjet printers. 
  • Cotton fiber in stationery adds prestige, durability, and a great look and feel to the paper. We offer 25% and 100% cotton stationery. 
  • Sold in reams of 500 sheets or boxes of 500 envelopes. Blank paper prices are per ream of 8.5” x 11” paper or box of envelopes. Sales tax in Michigan and shipping on some items are additional (shipping is included with most printed envelopes). 
  • Keep in mind prices on paper are volatile and so can change without notice before we can get these prices updated so please call to order at 800-258-0258.

Classic Laid Writing

The classic business favorite, the laid finish has thicker vertical “chain” marks that are connected by fine horizontal “wire” lines that mimic the look of old world hand made paper where paper dried on fine wires held in place by the chains. 24 pound, imaging finish, guaranteed for laser and ink-jet.

Custom Business Stationery Printing

We offer custom printing on our fine business stationery. Digital inks (toners) are not guaranteed for high volume use in laser printers or copiers, however for low to moderate use and interspersed with other laser printing it can be acceptable. Since lower quantities cost less than offset printing that is laser safe, this can be an option for smaller or lower volume use.

Note: For laser-safe printed letterhead on less expensive unwatermarked house paper, or for printing of the image to the edge of the paper (the image is said to “bleed” off the edge) click here.

Letterhead Printing

This is the additional cost to digitally print any of our fine letterhead paper (sold blank above). Image may not come closer than 3/16” to any edge (may not bleed off the edge). Prices are per printed side.

 

Fine envelope printing is only available as offset printed (laser safe). Prices are listed under each fine paper.

Custom printed regular business envelopes

These are 24 pound unbranded white wove regular and window envelopes in popular sizes both gummed or flip and seal as well as inside tinted. Prices are for printing one color (black or reflex blue ink) in the upper left corner of the envelope except for business reply envelopes which are printed over the entire front of the envelope. Take advantage of combination pricing:

Quantities of items that print the same (for instance regular and window envelopes) can be combined in increments of 500 for price breaks. You can order 1000 of one item and 1500 of another that prints the same for the 2500 level pricing on each (in prices per thousand). For instance, 4000 #10 regular envelopes printed with 6000 #10 window envelopes would price at the 10,000 level for each ($33.30 per thousand for the regulars, and $35 per thousand for the windows).

What is PMS?

Pantone and PMS are terms often used in the printing industry to refer to the PANTONE® MATCHING SYSTEM® -- a trademark of Pantone, Inc., a subsidiary of X-Rite, Inc. The PANTONE MATCHING SYSTEM is the definitive international reference for selecting, specifying, matching and controlling ink colors. This system is often used as a way to specify an exact color, such as a corporate identity color.
